COASTAL HOME CLEANING
WE AIM TO DISINFECT, CLEAN, NEUTRALIZE, AND NURTURE THE HUMAN SPIRIT - ONE ROOM, ONE HOME AT A TIME.
MEGAN LEPRE
OWNER & FOUNDER
Megan founded Coastal Home Cleaning & Organizing with a simple belief: everyone deserves more time for what matters most. As a single mom, she wanted the flexibility to be present for her daughter while building a business that could help other busy families do the same. What began as a way to create that balance grew into a company dedicated to giving clients one less thing to worry about and more time to enjoy life beyond their to-do lists.
With a longstanding passion for environmentally conscious living, Megan made eco-friendly cleaning products a priority from the very beginning. As Coastal grew, so did her vision for a company that could deliver dependable, thoughtful service while staying true to those founding values. Today, she continues to guide Coastal's vision, building a company that helps families reclaim their time, feel good about how their homes are cared for and enjoy greater peace of mind.
STEPHANIE PASQUARELLI
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Sharing Megan's passion for environmentally conscious living and thoughtful cleaning, Stephanie found that their values aligned and their strengths complemented one another. With a background in entrepreneurship and experience building and leading multiple businesses, Stephanie brings a strategic, systems-oriented approach to Coastal's operations. As Director of Operations, she oversees the processes, team coordination and service standards that turn Coastal's vision into a consistent, dependable client experience. She focuses on building strong foundations, refining the details and creating the structure that allows the business and its team to thrive. Deeply invested in Coastal's future, Stephanie is committed to helping the company grow while preserving the values and personal touch that made it special from the start.
